Most shipping is through the United Parcel Service (UPS). Carefully read all information regarding shipping and FAQ's as you will not be able to check out unless you agree that you fully understand the following:

*Once your package is shipped - Confectionery Soaps Co. is no longer responsible or liable for that package. It is up to you, the customer to track your shipment progress as well as file any and all claims should you experience issues with your delivery and items that possibly damaged during transport. We take every effort possible, sparing no cost to insulate your products to protect against rough handling but cannot be held liable for the mistreatment of your package by carriers.
WE DO NOT OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AT THIS TIME.
Refunds and Returns:
Due to sanitary purposes and the nature of the products sold, there are absolutely NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS allowed.
Issue Resolution:If there is a problem with your order which includes but is not limited to a missing item or the wrong item was shipped, please contact us via email and not through social media platforms - you know we will make it right! Any issues with orders received that are posted on social media platforms either public or direct message will not be addressed.
