Shipping and Returns

Please note: Shipping cost refunds will be provided under certain conditions.

Shipping:

Most shipping is through United States Postal Service (USPS) and is shipped Priority Mail. We also offer shipping through United Parcel Service (UPS).  Carefully read EACH shipping option as you will not be able to check out unless you agree that you fully understand the following:

DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS:  

*All shipping rates are assigned by the USPS AND UPS based upon total product weight, box size,  AND destination location.  It is VERY IMPORTANT that you choose the appropriate shipping option based upon these requirements. 

*We do our best to estimate shipping on our website.  In the event that you are overcharged for shipping or your products were able to fit in a smaller box, we will refund shipping costs in excess of $1.00. Likewise, if the shipping fee paid at the time you place your order is less than the actual shipping charge, we will INVOICE YOU THE DIFFERENCE in excess of $1.00.  This invoice will come to you via email through PayPal.  Please pay this invoice immediately as it will only cause a delay in your delivery.

*When you receive your tracking number this means your order is in the possession of the shipping services it can take 24-48 hours to update.  Once your package is shipped - Confectionery Soaps Co. is no longer responsible or liable for that package.  It is up to you, the customer to track your shipment progress as well as file any and all claims should you experience issues with your delivery and items that possibly broke during transport.  We take every effort possible, sparing no cost to insulate your products to protect against rough handling as well as heat  but cannot be held liable for the mistreatment of your package by carriers.

INTERNATIONAL AND CANADA CUSTOMERS

*All shipping rates are assigned by the USPS AND UPS based upon total product weight, box size,  AND destination location.  It is VERY IMPORTANT that you choose the appropriate shipping option based upon these requirements. 

*You acknowledge that you may have to pay additional fees for customs clearance, royalties, and international fees none of which are charged or applied from Confectionery Soaps Co. - failure to acknowledge this will delay your delivery and also may result in a cancellation of your order.

*Adding to an existing order will delay your processing as your original order will then be placed with your add-on order placement.  All orders that are received between your original order and your add-on order will be fulfilled, in order in which they were received.  Adding on to your existing order will change the weight and possibly the box size, so please refer to the policy that explains this in detail.

Refunds and Returns:

Due to sanitary purposes, there are absolutely NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS allowed. 

Issue Resolution:

If there is a problem with your order which includes but is not limited to a missing item or the wrong item was shipped, please contact us via email and not through social media platforms -  you know we will make it right!  Any issues with orders received that are posted on social media platforms either public or direct message will not be addressed.
